Account and organization details (names, work email, organization name, branding), billing metadata from our payment partners, and operational data needed to run the apps your plan unlocks. We log basic technical events to keep the service secure and reliable.

We do not ask you to store bank account numbers, card numbers, or government identity documents with us. Payment details are handled directly by our payment processors.

To provide and secure the service, process subscriptions, send essential account and billing notifications, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to train models.

We share data only with processors that help us operate Clika — for example, payment providers and infrastructure hosts — under agreements that limit their use of it. We may disclose data if required by law.

We keep your data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request export or deletion of your personal data.

You can access and update your information in settings, manage your subscriptions in billing, and contact us to export or delete your data. Where applicable under NDPA and similar laws, you have rights to access, correct, and erase your personal data.
